The monthly Heartwood Homeowners Association fee is $167. The fee includes GRUCom Fiber Internet, maintenance of the common areas, reserves, and administrative fees. The HOA fees do not include maintenance of individual lawns.
The HOA fee is in addition to the mortgage and is paid monthly to the Heartwood Homeowners Association.
