The homes are being sold as a home & lot combination and a construction to perm loan or cash will be required.

Heartwood offers 11 home models ranging from 1,389 to 2,610 square feet to accommodate a variety of household needs and sizes. Prospective homebuyers can explore the neighborhood virtually or in person!

How to Purchase – Step 2: Connect with the Realtor
Now that you are familiar with the neighborhood, click the button below to fill out the Heartwood Homebuyer Interest Form. The Interest form will connect you with Keller Williams Realty – Team Dynamo, who are working with prospective buyers on everything that will be needed to apply.
Once you have decided on the home model and lot preferences and have obtained a preapproval letter, you can apply online using the link below and Keller Williams Realty – Team Dynamo will be in contact to set up an appointment. The online application is not an obligation to buy, but it does secure your place in line. Potential homebuyers must be available to meet with Team Dynamo within 10 days of submitting an application.
On Sales Day, two purchasing paths were offered to Heartwood homebuyers. A portion of the lots at are reserved for the Dreams2Reality program. This is a program that was created specifically for Heartwood through a partnership with the City of Gainesville’s Department of Housing and Community Development to create more affordable options for housing. The application for Dreams2Reality closed on July 14.
The remaining homes will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis through the online application above.
On June 2, the Heartwood Team held a virtual informational session to talk through the two processes for purchasing a home. Though the Dreams2Reality program is no longer accepting applications, the session provided important information about the neighborhood, financing, the home builders, and more.
