Heartwood offers 11 home models ranging from 1,389 to 2,610 square feet to meet a variety of household needs and sizes. Prospective homebuyers can explore the neighborhood virtually or in person.

How to Purchase – Step 2: Connect with the Realtor
Now that you are familiar with the neighborhood, click the button below to fill out the Heartwood Homebuyer Interest Form. The Interest form will connect you with Keller Williams Realty – Team Dynamo, who are working with prospective buyers on everything that will be needed to apply.
How to Purchase – Step 3: Apply Online
Once you have obtained a preapproval letter, you can apply online using the link below and Keller Williams Realty – Team Dynamo will be in contact to set up an appointment. The online application is not an obligation to buy, but it does secure your place in line. Potential homebuyers must be available to meet with Team Dynamo within 10 days of submitting an application.
